Heya, everyone!

So, well, the last week's been cwazy. :) The sheer volume of registrants is a testament to how tight a community we area, and the sheer volume of posts with ideas, problems and comments is a testament to how much we trust one another.

...but, because of that sheer volume, I'm getting the feeling that things have slipped through the cracks. Instead of reading through dozens of threads, looking for a problem, I'm making this thread off the Public Foyer.

Here's the concept: If you have a PROBLEM (meaning, not opinion, not suggestion, but genuine difficulty) in forum or Teamspeak access, post it here. Give the Admins a description of your problem, as much detail as you can about what you did to get to that point, and contact information for IM/email (or state "available on request", and you can PM the info to the Admin when they follow up).

When an issue is tackled by an Admin, and solved, we'll be deleting the post here to keep things neat. We'll only do this when we get the okay from you that it's "situation normal" and your problem's been handled.

Are we a support desk now? NO. :P But I know some people are having odd errors, and now that the registrations are slowing down we can start fixing up people's individual issues. The only way to do that is to handle it publicly (for instance, if you can't register for full member access), and in one place for the Admins to see and discuss.

Thanks for your patience. I'm hoping this thread stays wonderfully empty because there really ARE no problems, but if wishes were fishes...

Cordially,

-T.

Do I have to do anything after I click join on the usergroups menu? It has stated membership pending for a while.

This is probably due to the fact that the site admins are so overwhellmed with this sites popularity that it is just merley taking time, but I wanted to make sure I was doing it correctly....

:D

Not the most obvious of places, but at least it was addressed. :) See if this helps, Ronin.

Like digital, I am having trouble setting up TS. I've searched all threads for a fix. So far nothing has worked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Nothing like a new game to make smart people feel dumb...

Check out the Teamspeak thread in the Broadsheet forum for more information, and post any continuing difficulties there. Thanks. :)
