OK, figured it out. For some a lot of the crap was moved off screen to the left, and not movable with the Layout Editor. To fix it, go into the Layout Editor and click Windows, which brings up a Window Browser. In that screen you have to find all the Trackers and lock and unlock them, then you'll see the edge of the window, which you can then move wherever you want..
