A good place to Farm the Motes of Water is the Elemental Plateau in Nagrand. That good source of other Motes also.

Ya I know that place is a good for farming motes, but I don't have the money to buy a flying mount yet lol, plus I'm spending the money I have now to get my tailor set :)
