We have learned a lot for our first week of casual raiding. As a result, we are changing our raiding policies. These are subject to change upon further experimentation. For now, this is how we will try it and see how it goes. We may modify it as needed to best serve the guild as a whole while trying to get everyone to go that we can.
There will be one signup sheet per week. Sign up for all of the days/times you can make it. All times are server time. The schedule (for now) is:
Wednesdays 5:30pm
Fridays 7pm
Sundays 8:30am
For players with multiple keyed toons, sign up with the toon you would like to bring. Please keep in mind that at the last minute, you may be asked to bring a different toon in to better balance the group. We will try to keep this at a minimum, but the need may arise.
For those that sign up but cannot go that run (because of the 10 man limit), those people will get a +1 priority for the next week’s run. This is per Player, not per toon and not per account.
Because of balancing, some players will get to go more frequently than others. It is not fair, but we can NOT go without tanks or healers. This is NOT to say that every tank and every healer will get to go every time. We will do our best to get everyone that wants to go, to be able to go as often as possible.
This is not set in stone per se but it is what we are going to try for now and see how it goes.
