While we would love to be able to take everyone, we are limited to only 10.

Just becasue you are on the top 10 list does NOT mean you will get to go. The lists are often changed several times per day.

We will do our BEST to make sure that everyone gets to go, but it may not be on the first run or the second run.

We have several players that have multiple toons keyed for KZ. Initially we had thought about running KZ twice a week. Now we are looking at either three times or perhaps starting a second KZ group if we have enough interest.

We will fill each group as best we can to not only allow everyone a shot at KZ, but to also maximize our chances for a sucessful run.

In the event that something comes up during a run, the subs will be called in as needed to replace folks. If someone on the list suddenly has a power outage and doesnt come back for 5-10 mins, then we will be pulling a sub in. Being on the sub list does NOT mean that anyone is less valuable or less desirable. It has NOTHING to do with who likes who better. It is a hard call to make and I will take the full heat of the decisions made.

I will be personally picking at the last minute on EVERY run who gets to go and who is on standby (sub). If you dont get to go right away, hang in there because those that dont get to go on one run will take priority on the next run.

The KZ instance lasts a full week. What this means is that KZ saves itself for a full week. If we clear the first boss on Wednesday, then Friday when we go in, he will still be dead and on Sunday when we go in he will still be dead then too.

Everyone who has the desire to go and the time to go will get to go. So if you want to go then sign up and get ready!

As Aflin stated above, final decisions for attendance will be made just prior to the raid start time. Just because you responded first to a scheduled run does not necessarily mean you have secured a spot. This includes me, the primary Raid Leader.

We have a lot of people excited to go. Officers and Raid Leaders are working to accommodate everyone so we all get our even share.

This is new to us, so we'll need everyone's cooperation to get into the groove and rotate accordingly. We sincerely appreciate everyone's patience as we worth out the best methods. ;-)

We have learned a lot this past week. We are currently revamping how we are going to raid in the future. Please stay tuned for updates and schedule changes.
