Howdy, all! I've been thinking about returning from my self-imposed gaming exile lately. IP is, of course, my first stop on the long fall off the wagon.
Thought I'd see what you guys have been up to, and what games might tempt me back to the ol' crackpipe.
In other news, my old system, which enabled me to play so many great games with you, from Tribes 1 to WoW, has suffered a stroke and needs at least a new mobo and power supply. The connector burned and melted 4 pins at the mobo connection. All it does now is click at me, which is not very exciting. Not sure if it's worth trying to resurrect or if it could hang anymore with the new games. (Asus A7N8X, AMD 2800+, 1g ram, Radeon 9700)
Trying to decide whether a new system is in order (probably) and what to get. I don't keep up with this stuff. Build or buy?
At any rate, hopefully you've all been having fun while I was on vacation! I look forward to getting shot at and hearing some of my favorite voices again soon on TS.
