Hey all. Love the site, looks great, awsome job on the script for the teamspeak.

I guess I just want some info from the EVE guys since I am just a grunt and I don't really have a clue of what happened here. I am pretty much pulled in two since IRON was my first gaming community but the EVE guys are the ones I spend all my time with.

I know that there were good reasons for this many people to leave, but before I post my farewell to IRON to Join with you guys (assuming you'll have me), I wouldn't mind just alittle info on the goings on over the past day or so.

I know Bishop played a huge roll in it esp. I am especially heated about him closing my topic and telling me that the EVE CC was talking about what to do next.

I know that many of you spent more time with IRON than I have but I have developet some friends on the forums and I want to make sure that when I leave them, I will come to a home that was just as serious and just as fun as IRON.

Have others had the same concerns? Just want to know that I am not the only one here.... :lol:

Just remember. Iron was just a name. The people that are in the community make it what it is. Names dont mean a thing.

Heya rchxenson - glad to see you here, in any capacity. :)

A more complete explanation of communal shifting to this location will come up in a day or two. We're still in capture mode, although, IMO, most of the reasons were pretty clear from the old board. We had a need to leave that environment.

As for how we'll be? Dude, we're the same people. :) Same teams, same goals, same family attitude. Different board, but hey, the Teamspeak script is kinda pimpin'... It's my hope that your enjoyment with all your gaming brothers and sisters will continue in full force here, as it did in the former location.

I'll ask an Eve team director to approach you with some team details for the why's and how's. You and your brother are completely welcome, rch.

Great to see you here Rich. As for all your friends on the old forum, just look around because everyone has made the switch or will be. Just think of it as moving the family to a new home, we'll try not to leave anyone behind. Now get down to the Eve forums. :lol:

Hey Rich, glad to have you here! I hope Steve will be making the move also. I stayed with the old IRON Brigade when all my teammates left about 10 months ago. I could not stand to see the rest of my teammates and my friends go without me. I count my EVE family as a family. Welcome.
